Hi, I’m Avery Catlett.

I am passionate about supporting adults and teens who are dealing with anxiety, stress, and pressure to "keep it all together." Whether it's school, work, sports, relationships, or personal goals, that pressure can be exhausting. I aim to help you better understand what is going on, build confidence, and find helpful ways to move forward. As someone with a background in athletics, I also understand the unique pressures that come with performance, competition, and high expectations.

I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can be real about what's going on. We'll use simple tools to help with things like performance anxiety, perfectionism, and unhelpful self-talk. Together, we'll work on stepping back from anxious thoughts, figuring out what's actually true, and focusing on your strengths so you can feel more confident and in control. I also bring an understanding of performance environments, including athletics, and the mental challenges that can come with them.
